Business and individuals donating to Children's Scholarship Fund to fund scholarships for low and middle income K-12 children in NH can receive 85% Education Tax Credit from the State of NH against business profits tax (BPT) and/or business enterprise tax (BET), or Interest and Dividends tax (I&D)
How to Make a Scholarship Donation to CSF NH:
Determine your liability and Contribution Amount.
Estimate your NH BPT, BET or I&D liability for the year. Determine the amount of this liability you would like to contribute to CSF
Apply. Download the application online at nh.scholarship/org/support and mail your completed Education Tax Credit Application (Form ED-01) to the NH Department of Revenue Admin (NHDRA), P.O. Box 457, Concord NH 03302. Please mail by May 31st to assist children for the 2019-2020 school year.
Once Approved, send contribution to CSF - Approximately -23 weeks after applying, you will receive written approval via email from the Department of Revenue administration. After you received approval, please send your contribution to Children's Scholarship Fund New Hampshire, 89 South Street, Concord, NH 03301
Receive your tax credit - CSF wills end you the Education Tax Credit Scholarship within 15 days, which you must include with you New Hampshire Tax Return to receive your tax credit. CSF will use your contribution to assist low-income children.
